A joint meeting of all members, directors and regularly attending worshippers of the Young Israel of Sunnyside will be held on on December 1st' at 5:00 pm at the Young Israel of Sunnyside synagogue (house), located at 41-26 47th St., Sunnyside, NY 11104.  

The purpose of the meeting is to approve a merger of the Young Israel of Sunnyside (“Young Israel”) with Sunnyside Jewish Center (“Jewish Center”). The Young Israel will be the surviving corporation and will take over all of the assets and liabilities of the Jewish Center, including its building located at 40-20 47th Ave. Sunnyside, NY 11104, and its bank accounts. See below the proposed plan of merger.

Your attendance at this meeting is very important. You are encouraged to attend in person. If for any reason you cannot be there in person, you may attend and vote by logging into our meeting via Google Meet at https://meet.google.com/hfn-yprb-rpt. If for any reason you cannot attend in person nor log on to Google Meeting, you can mail in or email to youngisraelofsunnyside@gmail.com your written ballot in time for the scheduled meeting.
